I work with people like you. Ordinary, everyday, people who at times in their lives find themselves struggling to cope with their personal situations.  I work with you to rebalance your nervous system, improve your emotional and physical health, boost your self-confidence and rebuild your life.

By understanding your goals, both mental and physical, I will guide you through manageable changes that will optimise you and your health, helping you to feel better every day.

My personal journey in mental health awareness began in 2017, following the diagnosis of a close family member with a nervous system disorder, brought about through chronic stress.  It was whilst researching alternatives to addictive medication that we discovered Mindfulness. We achieved such positive outcomes that I went on to complete my Certificate in Mindfulness Diploma.

I subsequently enrolled at the Central England College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, where I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.

I have been teaching Pilates Matwork for many years, leading me to develop an in-depth understanding of the synergy between mind and body, and how this affects our behaviours and physical wellbeing.

I love helping people to overcome the issues that have may have held them back in their life, or perhaps manifested into a physical condition. This has led me to train in different therapies, and enables me to offer a broad range of resources that are person-centred and tailored to each of my clients’ individual requirements.
